Flights move. Here is how we handle it.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your chauffeur monitors your flight status in real time and adjusts his arrival accordingly. You will not be charged for delays outside your control.
How long does the driver wait?
For airport transfers, 60 minutes of waiting time is included from the moment your flight lands. For all other pickups, 15 minutes is standard.
Where do we meet?
Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board showing your name. For station pickups, the agreed meeting point is confirmed in advance.

How much luggage fits?
Each vehicle is sized to match your group. Ski equipment and oversized luggage can be accommodated — simply mention it when submitting your enquiry.

Yes. The price in your offer is a fixed total including VAT and tolls. No surprises on the day.
